Samsung Notebook 9 Series Gets Detailed, Rivals Macbook Air

Samsung Notebook 9 Series first came up at CES2011; now this Samsung Notebook 9 Series, considered as Rival to Macbook Air, gets detailed.

Samsung Notebook 9 Series nearly ships the same size and weight as Macbook Air; the thickness is 15.9mm to 16.3mm and it weighs 1.31kg. Samsung Notebook 9 Series uses aluminum shell, equips built-in 13-inch 1366x768 display screen, Intel Core i5 processor, integrated Intel HD graphics(Intel HD Graphics Driver Version 15.21.10.2291 for Windows 7/Vista) and provides 128GB solid-state disk, 4GB of RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports and mini-HDMI output.

Samsung Notebook 9 Series can compete with the 13-inch Macbook Air with 128GB SSD, higher resolution 1200 x 800 display, and much more capable Nvidia GeForce 320M graphics.

Samsung has announced that Samsung Notebook 9 Series, rival to Macbook Air, will be available from UK retailers in May.
